- All apartments have a separate entrance.
- All apartments have sea view from balcony or terrace.
- All apartments have outdoor seating with table and chairs.
- Infront of the house there is a large parking lot free of charge.
- Possible to use garage.
- Possible to use the outdoor grill.
- Possible to rent a boat.
- Guests without vehicle can request transfer from/to ferry.

- Town centre: 10 min. by foot, 2 min. by car
- Nearest beach: 5 min. by foot
- Tennis court: 5 min. by foot
- Fitness centre: 5 min. by foot
- Provision merchant's: 1/2 min. by foot
- Medical service: 5 min. by foot
